All prices are includes kids prices. If your child is to tender-headed, have behavior issues, services may not be able to get completed. Everyone has a time frame to get hair service completed. If more than one child need service. Each child need an individual appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! ❗️NO CASHAPP!!!! Cash is always accepted. Payments is made on the website and in shop. Accepting all debit and credit cardts. ❗️Card must be on file to get approved. Payment plans available (SEND TEXT) for Dreadlocks/Loc Extensions/Braids/Loc Repair/Loc Maintenance/Sisterlocks & Microlocks service. ❗️ALL STARTER LOCS, LOC EXTENSIONS,WICKS, COMBINING AND LOC REPAIR REQUIRES PICS AND CONSULTATION. No exceptions to get approved ❗️NO DEPOSIT! No Service! All pics might not show all damage to hair. Consultation may be required. No FaceTime or phone consultations. Therefore, price or service may change to achieve clients desired look,repair or maintenance ❗️ Consultations and service appointments are not scheduled the same day. ❗️ Consultation is determined by loctician if pics are not clear or sent within an hour of appointment request. (To avoid blocking my schedule) Appointment request may be denied. All forms must be filled out. Please send pics to shop number at 832-686-4572 through text. All communication will be done by text, email and on the website. Rescheduling must be done 2 hours before appointment time to avoid a no-show and you lose your deposit. Handmade 100% organic hair and body products are available in-store DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES. Deposits is deducted from final bill ❗️All deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. This is the point of the deposit. A specific time was request by you for you on my schedule and that time was set for you ❗️Rescheduling must be done 2 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling at appointment time, is a NO-SHOW. You lose your deposit. You will not be able to reschedule on that deposit paid. Another deposit will have to be made. If appointment is accepted. ❗️All appointments are considered late after 15 minutes of scheduled time. ‼️There is a $1 charge per minute for tardiness and is due immediately before service. After 30 minutes of tardiness. Your appointment is considered as a no-show.
